Description
We are the original creators of the Heavenly Halo having started it in 1983. Heavenly Halo are a great addition for any princess. Made with at least 3 strands of foil star garland and adorned with regular curling ribbon and mylar curling ribbon tied in a bow. To adjust, just make a Z bend in the back. Will fit most children and adults. Approximate length of strands is 16" . You can always trim the strands to desired length.
